# I'm having trouble logging in

Try these steps:

1. Go directly to [https://magica.com/sign-in](https://magica.com/sign-in)
2. Refresh the page and try again
3. Use the exact email you signed up with
4. Check your inbox for a welcome email from humans@mail.magica.com
5. On mobile, fully close and reopen the app
6. Clear browser cache and cookies
7. Try a different browser or device

**Important:** If you signed up on iPhone, Apple may have used a private relay email (`@privaterelay.appleid.com`).
