As an aggregator, we don't control outputs — they come directly from official model providers.

Generative AI is inherently probabilistic. We continuously work to improve reliability, but we don't have direct control over the exact quality of outputs generated by the underlying AI models. Some tasks are significantly more challenging than others and often require multiple iterations and retries before achieving acceptable results.

Tips to improve your results:

• Try more specific, detailed prompts
• Switch to a different model
• Retry the generation — outputs vary between attempts

Note: Because our partner providers don't offer refunds for generated content, we're also unable to refund the credits used for outputs that are incorrect or lower quality than expected.
